MMT6 Gearbox Service and Upgrade for Noble & Rossion
Our “Ford MMT6 Gearbox service and upgrade” replaces all of the fragile OEM synchros with carbon composite lining components, along with all new upgraded bearings. This guarantees accurate selection when going through the gears. Surface Treatment is included. It is a non-coated, permanent treatment that reduces friction and strengthens the part. A full teardown, vapor blasting and inspection are performed before reassembly, ensuring your gearbox is more reliable and performs better than new. The gearbox is rated at 516 lb-ft. Turnaround time is 3-6weeks and can be longer if specific parts need to be replaced.
A heavy duty crate will be shipped to you with a return label (US only).
The MMT6 Gearbox service comes with a 6-month (starting from the date of product delivery) warranty against defects in parts or craftsmanship. This warranty is limited to the repair of the gearbox only and does not cover installation, removal labor, shipping , or the cost of any other expenses incurred. Each gearbox is inspected before delivery. If the gearbox has to be reinspected, there is a $570 fee. Abuse, bad driving habits, and damage due to racing is not covered under this warranty.
Is there a break-in procedure for the rebuilt gearbox?
